Realia Cobol 4.0 Btrieve Interface

REALBTRV.OBJ is the new Btrieve interface for Realia Cobol 4.0. It was
developed by Realia to replace the interface which ships with Btrieve,
REAXBTRV.OBJ.  The calling conventions are the same as those for
REAXBTRV.OBJ.

The module was developed to resolve several problems.

1) The REAXBTRV.OBJ DOS interface was not compatible with Realia COBOL 4.0
because the location of RETURN-CODE was changed by Realia.

2) Realia COBOL 4.0 supports standard real mode DOS, Rational systems
DOS16M protected mode DOS, and OS/2 mode.  This support is relatively
transparent to Realia users and this transparency was needed for Btrieve
support.  This version of the interface detects the execution mode and
performs the correct procedure.
